Depende de si has pedido solo el planet Earth o has pedido mas cosas, combined quiere decir que hasta que no este todo no te lo van a enviar y lo otro "Ship what is currently available" quiere decir que te lo enviaran inmediatamente en cuanto este disponible y si has pedido varias cosas, pues a medida que esten disponibles te las irán enviando.
