This is shocking news. In an interview with Gamedaily, Microsoft VP of Global Marketing Jeff Bell got talking about Gears of War. Aside from the boring "yeah it's awesome" bits, he let slip the fact that the franchise is already a trilogy in Microsoft's eyes:



The goal of the ad is to establish Marcus Fenix as the hero of the Gears of War trilogy.
