Electronic Arts descarta el rumoreado nombre de Battlefield Assault.

Ben Cousins, uno de los principales ejecutivos de la saga Battlefield en Electronic Arts, ha hablado a través de su Twitter personal de la franquicia para la que es ejecutivo, y ha anunciado que el viernes habrá un nuevo anuncio.

Se trata de un Battlefield no anunciado todavía y que se ha apresurado a puntualizar que no será el ya largamente hablado Battlefield 3, que lleva bastante tiempo en desarrollo.

"Volando a Londres hoy mismo para mostrar un nuevo Battlefield sin anunciar a la prensa. Las noticias se harán públicas el viernes. No es Battlefield 3", declaró Cousins.
